One of the fastest electric scooters in the world that reaches a top speed of 60 MPH and a maximum riding range of up to 50 miles on a single charge!
All hail the Kaabo Wolf Warrior King! Released as an upgrade of the legendary Wolf Warrior II, this extreme performance electric scooter has received a facelift in every category that matters. For starters, this is not your average, run-of-the-mill electric scooter— it’s the “king” for a reason. By mating the enormous 72V drive-train to a 28Ah LG MJI (or Samsung 35E) cell, it holds the record as one of the fastest scooters we’ve tested so far.
Kaabo Wolf Warrior King: The Lowdown…
Powered by dual front and rear 1500W brushless motors, the Wolf Warrior King delivers much more than just stupid fast speeds. This all-wheel-drive electric scooter can climb up a 100% grade, equivalent to a 45˚ hill. But that’s not all! It comes equipped with an inverted front fork Harley motorcycle-grade hydraulic suspension that handles all sorts of terrains.
Warrior King stands out as a powerful all-terrain electric scooter built to conquer the city streets and the steepest hills. A jaw-dropping 6720W of pure power output rests in waiting to give you an adrenaline rush like no other! With all those watts at your disposal, you’re all set to do a 0-60 mph round in just 4.8 seconds.
Beyond performance, the Wolf Warrior King is also designed in pursuit of ride comfort and safety. No matter how steep or winding the paths may be, it guarantees a super smooth ride with zero stem wobble.
This electric scooter comes with front hydraulic shock absorbers alongside a rear C-spring shock absorber for utmost comfort. This, in addition to front and rear hydraulic disc brakes with an electronic anti-lock braking system (EABS), gives you complete control over speed.
As you may be aware, the Kaabo brand is synonymous with heavy-duty, all-terrain e-scooters, and the Wolf Warrior King tops the chart (at the time of this writing). The machine is built with a 6082 aluminium alloy—the same material used to make heavy-duty structures like cranes and bridges. As a result, it can propel even the heaviest riders (up to 400lbs) without breaking a sweat.

Kaabo Wolf Warrior King Summary
Named for its wild performance and ferocious stance, the Kaabo Wolf Warrior King is not to be underestimated. This gorgeous powerhouse of an electric scooter is the record-holder for the quickest e-scooter we’ve laid our hands on so far. Issued in black or gold, this sturdy machine is built to push the boundaries of what an electric scooter can do.
The electric scooter brings an ingenious mishmash of a 72V-28Ah battery and dual (front and rear) 1500W motors with a 6720W peak power output. Ultimately, the Wolf Warrior King achieves a top speed of 60 MPH and a range of 50+ miles on a single charge. This is a truly exceptional range per charge and more than enough to let you set off on spontaneous adventures without fuss.
But there is a catch—the Kaabo Wolf Warrior King’s battery is so large, which means it’ll take a bit of time to recharge fully. Usually, its battery will take about 10 hours to recharge from flat to full when using one charger. However, you can use two chargers to reduce the charge time to 5 hours.
And with a range of 50+ miles, chances of you needing to recharge your electric scooter as often are slim to none. That means you can always enjoy several hours of fun off-road adventures without worrying about depleting the juice. Even better, the Kaabo Wolf Warrior King features the BMS Smart Battery Management System that improves battery efficiency while showing battery life in real-time.
The Wolf Warrior King is a cut above the rest, delivering a comfortable ride on any terrain when it comes to comfort and safety. The e-scooter’s iconic front twin hydraulic shock suspension system (the type we usually see in high-end Harley Motorbikes) and rear C-springs make it a true all-terrain “king”. It soaks up every bump on your path, giving you the ability to enhance your riding profile no matter the situation.
What got our attention is this electric scooter’s ability to set every performance record with zero stem wobble. The e-scooter is furnished with 11” tubeless street racing tyres as standard for a smooth ride. You can also switch to the optional off-road tyres if you like.
Since the Kaabo Wolf Warrior King delivers white knuckle-level acceleration and top speeds, you’ll need to make sure you’re always out of harm’s way. From the outset, folks at Ningbo Kaabo hit the right spots in the safety department. They equipped their flagship electric scooter with full-hydraulic disc brakes to ensure you stop at a dime even at high speed.
On lighting, the Wolf Warrior King guarantees a long-range view of distant objects. It comes with a pair of ultra-bright honeycomb headlights, under-deck lighting, and bright rear safety tail lights that kick in when you toggle your breaks. Another feature that impressed us was its gold finishing touches that helped it stand out from the crowd. Besides improving your visibility, these finishes are sure to turn heads when you’re on the road.
Speed & Acceleration
In full boogie mode (Turbo: engaged, dual-motor: engaged, P-settings: turned up), the electric scooter unleashes the full power of its motors, spinning the wheels to full revolutions. It may even try to throw you off when you give it the full-throttle if not careful.
Luckily, the Wolf Warrior King has up to four riding modes: Eco, Single Motor, Turbo, and Dual Motor. We highly recommend that you engage in a single-motor operation when riding on public roads. Usually, the single-motor mode reduces speed and conserves battery, while the dual-motor mode unleashes the full power of the e-scooter. We achieved a 0-60 mph acceleration in as little as 4.8 seconds!
Top Speed
With its front and rear 1500W motors hooked to a muscly 72V-28Ah cell, the Wolf Warrior King is an undisputed beast. Boasting an eye-watering top speed of 60 MPH, this bad boy is one of the fastest electric scooters we’ve tested here on Scooter Guide!
Warning: High-speed riding on relatively small tyres can be risky. Make sure you wear a helmet, armoured pants, crash jacket and gloves for your safety.
Hill Climbing
A certified hill-eating beast, the Kaabo Wolf Warrior King, is a gravity-defying machine. It tackles hills up to 100% incline grade or 45 degrees, outshining even the likes of Dualtron X, which boasts a 35-degree hill climb rating.
To put this into more apparent context, think of Baldwin Street in New Zealand, which has a 34.8% incline or 19.2 degrees. It’s considered to be the steepest street in the world. Now, imagine a hill twice this steep.
With its 100% grade rating, the Wolf Warrior King can scale it at an average speed of about 29.8 MPH!
Battery & Range
Encased in the Kaabo Wolf King’s redesigned deck is a performance-oriented 72V-28Ah LG MJI or Samsung 35E battery. This does much more than just powering your electric scooter’s motor, lights, controller and such like accessories.
When mated to the duo of motors, the battery allows the scooter to achieve a range of up to 50 miles. While this is one of the most extended ranges of any e-scooter we’ve tested, you should always take that mileage with a grain of salt.
Remember, the actual range an electric scooter can achieve will depend on several factors, including your weight, terrain, riding style, wind and other conditions. Generally, if you push the Wolf King to its max performance settings, you can expect a realistic range of 35-45 miles on a single charge.
We’re afraid that the Wolf King offers lacklustre performance on charging efficiency, but that’s not surprising as with most high-performance electric scooters. Typically, this battery takes about 10 hours to charge fully. However, if you use two chargers – 1x standard charger and 1x fast charger – you can bring down that time to about 5 hours.
Motor Configuration
The engineers at Ningbo Kaabo know all too well that the motor is the kingmaker of performance numbers. For this, they’re always pushing the limits of what an e-scooter can do if appropriately equipped. Their Wolf King brings on board the duo motors of 1500W each.
These two motors, strategically nestled in the front and back, jointly produce up to 6,720W of peak power. This is more than enough to push the scooter to a top speed of approximately 60 MPH.
If you’re just starting out, I recommend riding at lower speeds, or better yet, opting for a nice 25-mph electric scooter. But for the daredevils, this 72V Wolf Warrior King is a perfect match!
Performance Overview
If you thought the Kaabo Wolf Warrior II was powerful, think again! The Warrior King combines brute force, breath-taking acceleration and solid construction, all cramped in one package! Speed demons will particularly love the extreme performance of this electric scooter which comes packed with front and rear 1500W motors that produce a max output of 6,720 watts.
The impressively large motors get a further boost from a 72V-28Ah battery, a combo that allows the Wolf Warrior King to reach a trailblazing top speed of 60 MPH.
But despite the super-fast speeds, we found this to be one of the most effortless electric scooters to handle. A cockpit on the handlebar gives you total control over speeds and torque, allowing for smarter use of motor power. The machine also delivers speed in a way that makes you feel safe and comfortable both on well-tarmacked streets and beaten tracks.
Construction & Quality
One thing is for sure – it’s difficult to mistake the Kaabo Wolf King for another electric scooter model. A lot of thought must have gone into designing and building this giant electric scooter, resulting in the highest quality construction in every nook and cranny.
First off, Wolf King is solidly crafted from the 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, the same material used to build helicopter rotor components, fire rescue ladders and gangways, among others. Furthermore, it’s forged with the 6082 aluminium material, which boasts excellent corrosion resistance.
With such an elite level of build quality, this scooter can take on some severe abuse without giving in. Off-road challenges, serious potholes and cracks are all a cakewalk for the Wolf Warrior King. The machine radiates a feeling of endurance and power, with the ability to propel even the heaviest riders up to 400lbs over hills and through cities with unbelievable ease.
Not only does it feel tough and solid to the touch, but it does look so. The Wolf King’s handlebars boast a monstrous 24.6 inches to guarantee ride stability. Overall, this scooter has a bold design and a high-quality build that translates to a flawless ride experience.
Suspension & Comfort
The solid suspension is one of the quality features that gives the Kaabo Wolf King an edge over the competition. It comes with the inverted front twin hydraulic shock absorbers and dual rear C-springs.
As we mentioned earlier, this is the type of suspension we see in premium Harley motorcycles. It’s undoubtedly the highest quality suspension that delivers superior extreme performance.
This electric scooter can power through rock-strewn terrains with little or no drama by matching the front hydraulic and rear spring suspension. Put otherwise; this commuting machine can soak up everything thrown its way—literally!
Ride Quality
When it comes to truly luxurious ride quality, the Wolf King takes the throne. For a bargain price, this electric scooter gives you 11-inch thick tyres, a stiff frame, big brakes and a hydraulic suspension system that delivers springy cushioning. This amalgamation makes for an easy, laidback ride and handling.
Lights
Lights in this badass electric scooter have been placed in all the right places. Two front motorcycle-style headlights are super bright; there is no way you can’t be seen on the road.
Then there are two rear LED lights (taillights) that light up when you press the e-scooter’s brakes. Blue under-deck lighting (there’s a metal push-button to trigger this) adds some swagger to your scooter.
Whilst the Kaabo Wolf King has no turn signals; you couldn’t ask for better road illumination. Better yet, its incredible gold finish on the frame adds to the overall visibility, not to mention the futuristic look!
Braking
Nothing screams safety more than the Kaabo Wolf King electric scooter. Fitted with powerful front and rear hydraulic disc brakes with an electronic anti-lock braking system (EABS), you can stop the e-scooter at a dime.
While testing the Wolf Warrior II, we noticed its brakes get hot enough to fade. They even smelt like they were burning. By contrast, the Wolf King is designed to resist warping and squeaking better.
So what changed?
Compared to the Wolf Warrior II, this flagship e-scooter comes with larger rotors (160mm) that provide up to a 45% larger swept area. Its rotors are also thicker by up to 50%, guaranteeing more control over speed.
Portability
The Wolf Warrior King excels in everything except portability. Sure, it’s possible to fold it down, but its folding mechanism is rather complicated and requires a great deal of practice. Moreover, it won’t be as compact even if it’s folded down.
It measures about 59 inches (4.9 ft.) when folded, which is just as long as a small kid. It’s a little shorter and more space-efficient when left upright than when folded (4.1 ft.).
Also, the King has a sheer weight and size. At 105 lbs., hoisting it into a car can be a tall order. It’s nearly impossible to haul it on your own.
Tyres
The Kaabo Wolf King sports the enormous, pre-slimed 11” tubeless street racing tyres as standard. However, you can always swap these up for a pair of rugged, knobby off-road tyres if you’re looking to ride more in the dirt.
Please note that the off-road tyres come at an extra cost, including the installation cost. So, unless you’re going to spend a lot of your time off-roading, you’d better stick with the standard road tyres. After all, they’ve got an excellent profile and can equally soak up the terrain pretty well.
Deck
The Kaabo Wolf King carries on with the enormous deck we saw on the Warrior II. Measuring 20 inches long and 9 inches wide, this ultra-wide deck is spacious enough to position yourself in whichever stance you want. This proves handy, particularly during long rides.
The deck is rubberized to keep your feet securely held in place even when this beast tries to toast you off uneven terrains. While this rubber deck has the least wet/dry traction of the many decks we’ve measured, it still makes you feel agile.
A strategically positioned kickplate complements the rubber grip to give you a secure footing whilst leaning forward into the ride. Plus, the rubber matting is made from a simple material with patterns that allow for effortless cleaning.
As for the ground clearance, the Kaabo Wolf King is second to none. Its ground clearance stands at 7.8 inches, meaning that you’ll be taller and thus more visible to other road users compared to electric scooters that sit lower.
Controls & Display
The new King comes equipped with a fresh pack of slick, black buttons that let you toggle between four motor settings: Eco, Single-Motor, Turbo, and Dual-Motor modes.
Choose Eco or Single-Motor mode to save juice and enjoy a longer ride. Turbo and Dual-Motor modes come into play when you want to unleash the full power of the electric scooter’s dual 1500W motors.
The Wolf Warrior King shares the same Smart EY3 Throttle Display as all Dualtron e-scooters. Apart from displaying usual information like speed, battery level and P-settings, it also features the cruise control function that lets you maintain your speed, just as you would on a car.
Water Resistance
Did you know that less than 50% of all e-scooters in the world are water-resistant? One of them is the Wolf King, which boasts an IPX4 water-resistance rating.
While it may not be completely waterproof, it’s protected from splashes in all directions. This means getting wet won’t damage it. Nonetheless, just be sure not to submerge it in a puddle or lake.
Reliability
The Kaabo Wolf King is a world-class electric scooter that takes reliability a notch higher. As we’ve seen in this review, it’s built to withstand the hardest of abuses and give the longest of service life.
Warranty & Customer Support
Kaabo is a highly respected manufacturer of e-scooters in the world that partners with reliable distributors in the UK. The standard warranty on the King is one year, but this is extendable up to several years, depending on where you get your machine.
Known Issues
The Kaabo Wolf King is relatively new, and most issues are still under wraps. Even so, we noticed that this electric scooter doesn’t fold that easily and needs some getting used to. Some users have also complained that its safety pin has a cheap chain that’s prone to breaking.
Maintenance
The Kaabo Wolf Warrior King follows regular electric scooter maintenance tips, including:
- Checking your tyre pressure regularly
- Keeping your tyres inflated properly
- Checking the brakes, joints and bolts before riding the e-scooter
- Proper battery-management practices
- Proper usage during extreme weather conditions
